“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. “This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy……

“The property is conveniently located in the main area of Desanzano Del Garda. It is a two minute walk to a really great beach and under 10 minutes walking to the main city Square with all of the restaurants and bars and shops. Also, just a five minute taxi to the train station. The room was air-conditioned and at night, even though a busy area. It was still very quiet. The view from the balcony overlooking the lake was incredible gorgeous sunset and sunrise. ”

“A lovely, small property across the street from Lake Garda. Breakfast and parking was included and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. The beach and town centre are also a short walk away. ”

“Un hotel restaurant avec un parking privatif. L'accueil etait tres agréable. Nous avons été surclassés avec accès à la terrasse, malheureusement, avec des gros orages toute la nuit et le soir. ”

“Alles war prima. Der Check In war unproblematisch, mir wurde auch sofort ein Stellplatz angeboten. Die Lage ist absolut super!”

“The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door. Other than this our stay was……
