“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“This hotel far surpassed my expectations! The suite was very spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the lake and a sauna outside on the deck. The pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a very relaxing stay.”

“Absolutely great familyhotel. Very clean. Signora Teresa is very helpful. Location is bit out of city but there is plenty free bicycles. Good breakfast. ”

“B&B davvero curato e molto carino. Camera pulita ed accogliente ed il balconcino privato annesso lo ho trovato davvero comodo . Letto comodo e ampio. Ampio parcheggio dove poter lasciare la macchina (non è sempre così scontato trovarlo a Sirmione) ed in generale struttura ordinata che ti fa sentire a tuo agio. La colazione sulla terrazza è davvero un bell'iniziare la giornata :-) Consigliato!”

“We stayed here for five nights at the start of July in one of the apartments. It’s a lovely quiet little area that is close to a camping site that has a lot of amenities and close to the lake front. Town is a short, pleasant walk away. Breakfast was great, and the staff are super helpful. Would stay here again. Oh, and air conditioners in our room were very useful during the 34C heat!”

“A lovely hotel, lovely staff. The swimming pool was very nice and clean, the childrens pool was perfect too. The town is about 10 to 15 mins walk down hill which was very easy. Plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and comfortable”
