“1.房子的位置在河畔，早晚景致都超美，是非常怡人的地方。 2.公寓位置在最高樓層，所以房間空間是閣樓類型，屋頂滿低的，若是高的人去住會極度有壓迫感。 3.我們住的這間房內的照明設備不足，只有桌上的檯燈可供照明，晚上的時候有點暗。 4.免費wifi在房內的訊號不太好，除非到客廳使用。 5.房子極具設計感，整體而言很漂亮，但是有一些小問題，這些小問題會造成生活上的不方便。 6.隔音不佳，會聽到隔壁房的打鼾聲。 7.Host的招待不錯，人也很友善。”

“Ich war jetzt zum wiederholten Mal in der Residence (dieses Mal 5 Tage), es war jedesmal ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit Küche sehr sauber, alles bestens eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Ruhige Umgebung, tadellose Klimatisierung und großzügiges Parkangebot. Wir sehen uns wieder.”

“Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). ”

“It was at a perfect spot where you can go around and browse the different stores and restaurants. Just feet away from one of the main shopping streets. Staff was absolutely delightful. ”

“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
