“Struttura curata e praticamente in centro ma non tutti i servizi sono da 5 stelle. Nel bagno c’era un leggero odore di scarico non tale da chiedere il cambio della camera ma neanche piacevole. Il bidet in bagno scaricava l’acqua molto lentamente, come se fosse tappato, a mio avviso non andrebbe assegnata la camera senza aver risolto le suddette problematiche. “Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”
