“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

“Very pleasent stay, the hostess was extremely nice and flexible. We arrived early and she was able to let us in to leave our luggage in the storage before the room was ready. She even gave us an early check-in with no extra charge. We also went to see the opera at the old stone opera arena, and we could loan seat cushions from her, which was very nice and something we had not thought about before. The morning when we checked-out, I asked if we could leave our luggage for a couple of hours……

“Excellent location, close to everything! Lovely staff. Champagne and soft drinks, small snacks every day in lobby. Room could be a little updated, but not an issue. And they have very nice bicycles for your use. We loved taking it for a spin early morning before the city woke up. Would recommend!”

“The accommodation is in a great location for the train station and airport, and about 30 mins walk from the leaning tower. It felt like a safe area. The self-check-in process was new for me but Michele gave very clear instructions for entry to the property. I think this was the nicest room we had in our 2 weeks in Italy. It was spotlessly clean (the room and the bedding) and very comfortable. Michele was a great host and very helpful. We owe him and the cleaner a huge gratitude for their great……
