“Contesto molto bello, posizione comoda e panorama stupendo, ma alloggi/ville che necessitano di qualche ritocco in quanto infissi e arredi, soprattutto gli elettrodomestici, si presentavano piuttosto usurati, inoltre le pulizie dovrebbero essere eseguite in maniera più accurata. Sebbene le abitazioni dovrebbero essere climatizzate stando agli annunci, di fatto non lo erano, ma almeno ci è stato fornito un ventilatore. Per quel che riguarda le abitazioni chiudo consigliando di fare più attenzione……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……
