“My girlfriend and I recently booked a one-night stay at the Traxx Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were particularly grateful for their willingness to store some of our luggage even after we had checked out, which was a huge convenience for us. “Staff and rooms were excellent - only disappointment for me was no alternative pillows- they were feather filled and to soft for me I prefer a firmer one - also a lot of building work going off nearby which isnt anything to do with the pier house but consequently it looks very untidy and denies access to the pier itself ! ”
