“很晚才辦理入住手續竟然被安排非常吵鬧的房間，周邊不斷聽到走動的躁音。服務人員卻缺乏同理心，更換房間時態度不耐，櫃檯人員作業生疏 需在旁supervisor逐步提點教導，十分不專業。”

“The hotel istabit old but well maintenance Staff are very helpful .. My room got priblem with wire noise sounds by e Receipton staff in 8Mins that arrange new room for me location also located in heart of london ..very nice area ”
