“My single room ended up being a small double. The location was fantastic and I had everything I needed for a very brief one night stay. I requested a spoon (not realising there was one already) and the staf were very kind and helpful. The sheets were soft and clean and the bed was more comfortable than branded hotels I've stayed at recently. My only issue was there was a tissue under the bed and the cold tap ran hot which meant I had to run it for a while before I got cold water. I would……

“Pros :Great location. Room was good size for London. Bed is ok, quite comfortable. Cons: service not great. They can’t even help me call a taxi, which is strange for a hotel. Cleaning staff also not the most polite. ”

“The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths. ”
