"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"首先話冇我的房種同家人同層, 如要同層有另一間, 員工話一樣, 沒有太大分別, 但入面根本細好多, 完全不一樣, 入面所有嘢都爛容容似的 這房不應拎出嚟租出.. 跟住要求換房, 房種跟我訂的一樣, 但冷氣好嘈. 家人房間, 水壓不足 樓下餐廳食物質素差. 這個價錢跟服務完全不成正比. 叫MARRIOTT 但完全不是一間MARRIOTT 的standard "

"只有2台升降機給予住客使用，實在太少升降機可以使用。房間務服差，不給足夠客人使用的毛巾，三位客人只有供二組毛巾使用。沖涼水壓太差，水量不足。"
