“An impeccable establishment in the heart of Mayfair. Safe, secure and within walking distance to all of lifes adventures in and around London. When I recently had issues with the AC, I was swiftly upgraded to another room in the hotel. Travelled to London in August the last 3 years…each stay has been at this beautiful Townhouse.”

“酒店位置不错，就在海德公园东侧，过地下通道即可到达海德公园，同时，酒店离海德公园地铁车站、花园巷公交车站，白金汉宫，绿园等地也非常近，步行五到二十分钟即达，美中不足的就是附近的中餐几乎没有，吃饭只能在酒店里面。”

“1、吃～～采购食材很方便（步行10分钟以内就有2间超市），room service 也不贵且出品令人满意。还有酒店一楼叫Nobu的日本餐厅听说很不错，可惜这次带娃出游，不便一试。 2、住～～舒适的2居2卫的公寓： 极简风格的公寓，打理的整洁干净，带2娃一起住可以大大减轻看娃的压力～因为每个房间都可以把门关稳～而且到处都很干净包括房间地毯。 而这里舒适的卧具以及大功率的花沙，完全可以帮助消除外出一天的疲劳。 3、行～～优越的地理位置： 出行：走路2分钟就有公交站（站名London Hilton hotel），从这里有多路公交直达市内著名景点，到Harrods也只要2个站。走路3分钟就到海德公园站，走路10分钟就到白金汉宫。 安全：就在使馆云集的区域。 下次来伦敦首选还是住这里～”

“Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. The most important for me, cannot connect wifi in my room, only able to connect the main hotel wifi, but coverage so bad and always disconnected.”
