“Unique decor that looks just like the photos; well-equipped (especially the kitchenette); bed was comfortable; everything was clean. Great location — had a bus stop right outside, was within walking distance to multiple Tube stations (including Earl’s Court, which offers step-free access and was one direct trip from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly Line). “Clean and elegant, the bed is super good! Close to tube which is a plus; for attraction, really close to notting hill market. Haven't tried the grounding but facilities are well made. My room has a little kitchen so it's just like being at a cozy small flat, but not sure how's the feeling for staying in room without kitchen. ”

“staff are helpful, especially Geogria, we were first assigned to a room far away from elevators and we requested for change, Geogria helped us to manage to change to a room closer. The location of the hotel is good, breakfast has limited choices but still fine. ”
