“I noticed the comments about the check-in process so I contacted them to set up a time to meet someone to get the keys and it worked out great. I met Mike who was very kind and informative about the apartment and the area. Besides the stains on the bedroom carpet, the place was very clean. It's a luxury apartment with heated floors that I couldn't figure out how to control, so I would recommend asking them how to work that during your stay. I didn't cook while I was there, but the kitchen was……
