“價錢不便宜，勝在地理位置算唔錯，酒店非常小，甚至有地牢房間，房間和日本酒店都很小，行李稍微大一點放不下，提前預訂後酒店要求提前check- in，但係都被分配到地牢房間，最後要求轉房分配到1樓，算舒服了一點，不知到如何形容，不是連鎖酒店也許差一點吧，倫敦酒店一般比較舊，沒所謂但是總是感覺服務跟不上，今後慎選倫敦酒店。”

“A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.”

“The hotel istabit old but well maintenance Staff are very helpful .. My room got priblem with wire noise sounds by e Receipton staff in 8Mins that arrange new room for me location also located in heart of london ..very nice area ”

“We recently went to London for an 8 night -9 day vacation and stayed at the PanPacific hotel. It was truly a perfect place to return each evening after our exciting but busy days in London. The building itself is new and beautiful, the decor and amenities are lovely and the staff are helpful, very well trained and efficient. All in all it was a perfect stay. Be sure and listen when the bell boy explains the automatic lights and curtains! ”
