“I’m generally never give bad reviews and could have overlooked that this place was not clean, rotten food in the fridge, broken curtains on the floor, terrible communication with the owner while trying to find our way to the door (FYI, second floor), Then I had to ask for the key code. What put me over the edge giving such a negative review is the fact I had to climb out of a window because we were trapped in the house as the front door would not open from the inside. We only need to stay here……

“This is a beautiful spacious home that is walking distance to Watford village and Cassiobury park. Large beds and all bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The only downside was no patio furniture to enjoy the backyard.”

“The apartment was ok plenty of cooking utensils but alot of noise from garage adjacent from it. And alot of noise from one of the permanent neighbours washing machine going on to sometimes 1130 pm twice a week it needs leveling or something!when trying to sleep after work. Front door handle does not lock properly and you have to fiddle with it. Shame though as the owner/agent seems spot on with communication. If it wasn't for the noise i would give it 8.5 of 10.”
