“登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。”

“Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night. Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios ”

“Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! ”

“Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel offers an excellent location right next to the Watford Junction station, and a 5-muinutes walk to the Watford High Street. The room was clean and well-maintained. We opted for the breakfast and it was a good choice. Not a wide food selection but everything served was of great quality. Very nice coffee too! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.”
