“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

"There were only 2 mini bottles of water and when I went to the front desk to ask for another 2 bottles, I was told I could get ice water in cups in the lobby. Unbelievealbe! Front desk service is poor, other staff are very friendly."
