“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some……

Least is the Bars in the pool, not putting enough alcohol in the drinks of the margarita (taste like a fruit drink) over charging, and already adding a 20% tip on top of it (which they really don't deserve )..
