Only thing I’d change is find an easier way to contact host with questions, such as direct texting. Otherwise, it’s call them, leave a message and wait for a call back. “Mold on windows no screens on some windows. Faced a forest of trees no outdoor patio like I thought there would be. Communication was terrible the person I talked to on the phone knew nothing about the property never given times for the pools or that we could go to different pools within missed two days of swimming because of this showed a whirlpool tub but the spout for the tub didn’t even work ”

“We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help.
