“Very close to so many things. Great Location. Very private, great hosts! Very attentive and good communication. Clean and quaint. Only negatives are: 1. window AC in bedroom only and fan in kitchen/living space. The air didn’t reach into the whole house very well. I had to work “from home” a couple days and it became a little uncomfortable in the afternoon. 2. Bathroom is so small my big butt can’t bend over to dry off without hitting something! LOL. “My stay at The Sanford Foodie Guest House was great. The accommodations were clean, quiet, cozy, and perfect for my short stay. Rachel provided excellent instructions on how to get to the house and inside. I will try to stay again if I return to town.”

“Cute little cabin on a lake, ideal spot for a couple or maybe a couple a friend. Great outdoor area including a grill, fire pit, lake access, and paddleboat. Got to see some interesting wildlife. Only complaint I have (not necessarily a complaint, just something I wish) was that the one bathroom only had access through the bedroom. If there was a way to access the bathroom without going into the bedroom it would've been perfect for up to 4 people even. Overall a wonderful property and had a……

“Great stay. Loved the homemade bread and all the snacks. Plenty of towels. And so enjoyed the shopping cart with cereal. No far from ucf and super close to downtown eateries and pubs. Beds were comfortable and the showers are huge. Great neighborhood and super quiet at night. ”
