“No kettle provided which I think is important. I don’t understand why no show curtain. Toilet flooded every night after shower like a mess. Room service didn’t wash my dishes! Room is clean though.”

“We stayed at the hotel in June and loved it so much. That we came back in August and stayed in one of the cottages. I was so impressed at the size and cleanliness of cottages. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely be coming back. ”

“Everything is good,especially they have golf car take you to the room since you first arrive hotel with the heavy luggages. Room is clean and they also have kitchen and fridge. Provide free breakfast from 7am-9:30am,more hot food choices would be perfect. They have Itialian restaurant open until 11pm and convenient store open 24 hours in the hotel lobby.”

“Loved our stay here and would definitely go back. We had the deluxe one bed and reception was very accommodating when we requested a lake view. Room was nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen had utensils and pans if we wanted to cook and hotel was 2 minutes from a supermarket and numerous dining and shopping options. We also weren’t too far (20-30 minutes) from Disney/Universal which we liked as we didn’t want to stay to close to that area and explore other parts of Orlando/Kississimee area. ”
