"The property is old with some deterioration of the buildings exteriors. Stairs are falling apart. Sinks drained very slowly. There some updates to the interior of the rooms. Flooring and bedding looked fairly new. Beds were fairly comfortable. No elevators so getting beach gear up and down the stairs ..."

Close to the Wright Brothers memorial if you like history. Activities on sight and everywhere around. ..."
