"Unit was spacious but needed a bit of refreshing. Carpets had some stains. One small part of the carpet was held down by duct tape. Counters were delaminating. No TV in the bedroom was a bummer. For some people this isn't a big deal but we were able to faintly hear someone in a neighboring unit snoring. ..."
