“I loved the oak trees and the birds. Our site had an amazing view of the ocean as we were on the 3rd floor. We saw humpback whales, dolphins, pelicans, terns, grebes, and more. We appreciated our time there and intend to return.”

“Very cute condo and very peaceful. We thought we were going directly though the owner and VRBO , we were wrong it was through Vacasa and not the owner . We got their Monday at 8:15 pm, after driving 9 hours , I had to clean the previous guest dishes that were still in the dishwasher dirty. Housekeeper did not make bunk beds , restroom reeked of urine. The housekeeper did not do anything , the sheets on the bed in the bedroom were dirty. If I could rent directly through the owner and VRBO I would……

“The house was adequate. It doesn't have that awe factor, but it definitely not a dump. In my opinion, it is ready for some repairs, minor touch ups and TLC. However, it is a beach house. It is perfect for families with kids with plenty of bedrooms. If a minor incident happen inside the residence, I seriously doubt it would be noticed, because it is not in pristine condition. ”
