Bad experience bad service poorly maintained

"I am not recommended this hotel based on the experience below: - upon check in, the hand in the form with another guests' personal details pre-populated for me to fill up - bad cleaning conditions inside the room, the air dry is not working properly, with someone 's bread on the top which is disgusting ..."

"We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help.
