“I am not recommended this hotel based on the experience below: - upon check in, the hand in the form with another guests' personal details pre-populated for me to fill up - bad cleaning conditions inside the room, the air dry is not working properly, with someone 's bread on the top which is disgusting - stain at quite a number of spots - food crumbs are found on the chair - the TV is showing another guest name, now I understood why the check in form got other people's details……

“We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness. There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff. The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose……

“Good, traditional style Bali hotel. Right in the middle of all the Legian action but surprisingly quiet. Short walk to the beach and countless beach bars, at the end of Garlic Lane, so plenty of restaurants and shopping. Basic breakfast, nice pool and a happy, friendly staff. Most importantly, it was clean and the air conditioner worked fine.”
