“The staff were beautiful and very accomodating. We loved being greeted with a smile each time we spoke with them all. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. Many thanks for Mika who took us to Uluwatu on our last day, she was lovely to chat to and very informative about Bali. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Shower was good. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. Overall it was a great stay.”

“Jani's was a great place to stay! I read the excellent reviews and decided to book, and I'm glad I did. We had a group of 7 people across 4 rooms and were lucky to have rooms 9, 10, 11, and 12. The rooms were at the back, away from the road, and all balconies overlooked the beautiful pool. The staff were all so lovely, always saying good morning and helping with anything at all. We had an issue with the aircon in room 11 on the first night but they fixed it the next day and it worked perfectly……

“This has been one of the most memorable lodging I've ever had. To have an entire 3-story house in the middle of Ubud is something for the books. The rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. I wish we had stayed more! The staff were also among the best I've ever encountered. Super accommodating and helpful! Breakfast and In-room dining were spectacular. Their in-house massage therapists were excellent and quite affordable. I would definitely come back!!”

“Relaxing resort a few minutes away from Ubud town centre, away from the traffic of Ubud. Amazing retreat, the whole resort is amazing and the staff, are even better. From check in to check out, everyone smiles, knows your name and can’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable. “Bisma Eight was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s not the “fanciest” hotel out there but not only does it meet every need that one can possibly think of (eg hot tub for unwinding after a long day, delicious homemade welcome drinks, early check in), but the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable (every one of them knows your name by heart).
