“The staff is the highlight. Very friendly and helpful, so the stars are mostly for them. The facilities could definitely use a revamp. The hot water from the shower was inconsistent, it would sometimes become piping hot for a few seconds. We also had the problem of not having hot water after a while on the first night, which was fixed but still was a hassle because it went cold when our kid was showering. “The staff are really nice and they offer drop off and pick up to the center. The room service food are super nice and healthy which is a bonus. Last but not least the resort interior is nice. One drawback would be the toilet is outside the resort and the frog sound is quite loud at night. But I guess thats how you get away from city and immerse yourself in the nature .
