"Check in was smooth and welcoming. There was plenty of choice for dinner. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and served right on time. The room we had was room 6. It was a little dark and the sloping roof was no problem to us but tall people will bang their heads. There were a few dog treats on the carpet ..."

"a beautiful little cottage in a lovely area. Quiet and peaceful, neighbours lovely, loved listening to the geese, curlews, pheasants and the owls at night. "A really nice, well-appointed house with a lovely garden and great views. In a very quiet location, but only a few minutes stroll from the local pub, which serves excellent food, this house is a great place to come and relax and is also a good base for walking the dales. We loved it."
