A few surprises
"LOTS of stairs. They use something to clean ceiling fans assuming that is what was all down one side of the master bed and dripped on the floor. I washed all sheets etc before laying down. A few maintenance items needed but not a big deal. Last step outside no railing so I fell only 1 time though. ..."

"Nice little house on the river in Matagorda. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. We enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings on the back deck looking out over the river and marsh lands.
