“LOTS of stairs. They use something to clean ceiling fans assuming that is what was all down one side of the master bed and dripped on the floor. I washed all sheets etc before laying down. A few maintenance items needed but not a big deal. Last step outside no railing so I fell only 1 time though. Outside grill was dirty. Big sign showing house for sale and host communication was poor. All else was great ”

“We had a great stay. The accommodations were nice and met our needs. The owner was extremely helpful and kind when we needed something specific. The kitchen had pretty much most of what we needed and we were able to host dinner two nights for our big group of friends. Fishing was wonderful right off the back of the property. Our teens used the larger room downstairs. The only con I’d say is for the smaller bunk room with the bathroom downstairs. It’s concerning as the mold smell was……

“Great place right on the river. Throw your pole in right behind the house. Has everything you need and a comfortable, relaxed, feels like home feeling - “Just leave it like you find it!”. Would definitely stay again!!”

“Nice place to stay for a quick getaway near the beach. TV is a little challenging as we couldn’t get major networks so we couldnt watch college football on ABC. Unit faces mostly west so if you are there in June- September the ac will probably not keep up especially in the upstairs bedroom. ”
