“Overall this was a great stay. My only problem is the complete of integrity by Experian. I reduced my stay from 3 days to 2 days and Experian sent me an email with the lower price. Then they told me that I would have to pay the original price. Experian didn’t agree to the new price that they sent to me (I still have the email). Dirty company and I don’ t plan to use them again. Placemakr was fantastic. Experian lacks integrity so please be cautious of them. Dirty. ”

“I booked Reside Houston Dwntwn for my boss and myself for a 4 day work trip to Houston. This hotel was beautiful, my boss loved his room and my was equally beautiful. I was hesitant initial to book this place because I didn't see much about it online but I am so glad I did. I took a few photos of my room, definitely will stay again. Also the front desk staff were so kind and recommended a few dinner spots for us. Definitely 10/10”

“Great beach house in a quiet part of the beach! ”

“Amazing location and property!! Quick walk to Alamo, Riverwalk, etc. plus our property was overlooking another water canal that is beautifully kept and very safe. We stayed at the 1 br premium apartment; it was stellar. Everything was extremely clean; cool lighting; great furniture and it was HUGE! Great to have a full kitchen as well, since we sometimes still like to cook when on vacation. The staff was very helpful, this will be our new place any time we visit San Antonio. Great job and……

“The reservation process was very simple. Check in was fast. The area was well maintained and the landscaping was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, everything was nice. The Tiki has been around a very long time. But, I would rather stay there than other newer hotels. ”
