It is easy to get to Main Street and enjoy the activities there, and then to get back to the quiet and comfort of one’s cabin. Breakfast is brought to the front door every morning in a beautiful picnic basket. The front porches feature a porch swing and rockers to e buoy Texas Hill Country evenings. “If you're looking for a peaceful, rustic, and a good place to star gaze this is it for sure. Nice place for a weekend getaway/small wedding venue. Breakfast and dinner options on Fridays and Saturdays only but food was excellent when served. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms so not a problem if staying for more than a few days. Bar also open on the weekends only. It's a cat sanctuary (they have about 16 cats on the property, all outdoor cats) so if you're allergic to cats……

“Great Place to stay!”

“Very private location and covered parking. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped. No issues with check in or out, and good communication from the host. NOTE: this house did not have a television, which we didn’t realize until we got there. There is good WiFi so we were able to use our phones for entertainment, but no TV is really the only drawback. Would book again. ”

“We loved the cottage, it was warm, cozy and welcoming! Our host greeted us when we arrived, he was very nice. Our hostess provided a DELICIOUS breakfast every morning and the fridge had water and sodas. This was a perfect B&B for our weekend getaway!!”
