“My husband and I came to Fredericksburg for a short stay to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. The bed was comfortable, and the small unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The only thing we would like for it to have been ideal is a corner floor lamp, or better ambient light. We are both readers, and the lighting in the living room was not conducive to that. But fine overall.”

“This is a very cute little property just minutes from the beach and close to the heart of Port Aransas. Everything is provided, the bed was comfy and A/C kept us comfortable on some really hot days. My kids and I had a great experience...except for the sunburn. Use that sunscreen!”

“Overall, this place worked for my needs. Sarah was great. Stayed in communication. Loved the charm of the house. Definitely suitable for a party of three max. For the property to be on a main street it was quiet. The property doesn’t have a closet, but there are a few drawers in the nightstand. Also no iron, but I travel with my own so not a dealbreaker. No washer in dryer to do a quick fluff n go, so plan accordingly. Nice upgrades throughout, which I appreciated. Parking wasn’t bad, but it is……

“My 16 year old daughter and I LOVED this homey cottage. The host is wonderful and helpful where he responded in a timely manner to questions. The washer and dryer are not in this "charming cottage", but at the front of the property by the container and mail boxes where they are accessible. This cottage is located at the back of the property and it is very quiet. I took several pictures and included this one because it shows more of the very nice kitchen area. We plan to come back and working……

“The cabin was spacious, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed sitting on the couch and watching the wildlife through the large window. All the windows were especially clean. That amazed me because I know how hard it is to keep windows clean. ”
