“The place is across from the SMU football stadium and a short walk to most of the campus. On a busy road (Mockingbird), the house had everything we needed - lots of room, four bedrooms with comfortable beds, etc. All as the online listing states. The host was friendly, welcoming and easy to reach as needed. Thank you!”

The backyard was a great plus with the dogs. Just needs a bit of drain unclogging in the shower but it was so charming and had all the parking we needed.”

We had family that lived in Dallas and every time someone came to the door he would either call or knock on the door. After we arrived he came over rang the doorbell and talked our ears off about the history of the house which took a while when we just wanted to relax. ”

“Found several large cockroaches that we killed and the property sprayed while we were there. The dishwasher did not work and overflowed. The sink disposal did not work. Beautiful home but it is clearly not being managed well.”
