“My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we……

“Property staff was very bleek and not very friendly. The property was located in a great spot. Good place to stay fir the price.”

“All clean, all in order, close to the office and restaurants, quiet, comfortable. Halls are not as clean as the apartment, you can improve that for sure.”

“Toilet was leaking, management fixed immediately. No issues other than a muggy room not a lot of air circulation so clothes began to smell mildewy. Kitchenette and refrigerator were in perfect condition. Really no complaints after check in. Room was clean, safe convenient location.”

“This place is really neat, it was totally safe and really well kept common areas. Easy access to resturants and family fun! The pool is top notch for relaxing, i have smaller kids that enjoyed it, but it felt more for the adults to relax than loud rambunctious boys, but they really loved it.
