“This was a fully equipped apartment including a washer and dryer. It had easy walking access to restaurants and shops and was in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and comfortable.”

“Our stay was very good. Our only complaint was that our key fab did not work consistently on the necessary doors. This was especially an issue when we arrived at Kasa Greenville at 1:00 am with our luggage and a bag of groceries. We did manage to get into the building from the parking garage eventually-- but had to try 5 different doors before we found a door that would open for our key fab. The next day, that door wouldn't open, but one of the others that didn't open the previous day, would……

“There was poop from an animal on walkway to room and air conditioner was very noisy. No buffet breakfast. Elevator was not working. The room was clean but outside the room was dirty. ”

“The property is well taken care of but there was a homeless man on the front porch most of the evening which did not feel safe at all. That is the city of Dallas's fault but maybe private security would help”

“The host was very helpful and answered our questions and communication in a timely manner. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. There was only comfortable seating in the living room for 4 or 5, so more would have been nice. We would definitely choose to stay there again!”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. During a 12 day stay we had a total of 2 days we could walk into the bath without our feet getting wet. Then the water heater broke and there was no hot water. Now no shower or dish washing either. Lucky there was a stovetop and we could heat some water in our pot we……

“The roaches were the only down side to staying here. I went through an entire can of Raid and that's even with fogging the room out. Everything about the room was in satisfactory to great condition but the roaches will make the nices places be a bad experience.”
