“We really enjoyed our stay. We somehow booked 2 queens instead of a king and we called down to see if switching rooms was possible. Not only were they happy to make the change, they told us to stay there and they would bring us the new key to save us the trouble of going down stairs in the Texas heat. The rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. ”

“My 4-day stay at Kasa Highland Park Dallas was excellent. You do need a smartphone to open doors and garage gates. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were: towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, maybe lotion but I don't remember, pots and pans, garbage can and bags, plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, cleaning sponge, salt,pepper and EVOO. There was a keurig and coffee pods and an electric water kettle. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Was able to get a room on the 1st floor but immediately saw that the bathroom floor was wet. After having to live with a wet floor for 10 days, they finally figured out that the leak was in the plumbing wall behind the tub. “This place is really neat, it was totally safe and really well kept common areas. Easy access to resturants and family fun! The pool is top notch for relaxing, i have smaller kids that enjoyed it, but it felt more for the adults to relax than loud rambunctious boys, but they really loved it.
