“My kids got an entire upper floor for themselves and I got a large room with a big bed and beautiful bathroom to myself. It was perfect! Better than any cramped hotel. The only issue was the person in the front unit kept inviting people over every night and being super loud. There is only a door between the units and I feel some better sound proofing could be done because we heard everything. Not to mention they had an obnoxiously drunk guest trying to get into our door one of the nights and it……

“We were in Arlington for the Post and Jelly Roll concert. This house was very close, a short drive to the venue. We Uber’d and it was less than 10 each way and less than 10 minutes The house itself was very comfortable, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained, exactly what we were looking for. I would definitely book it.”

“My friends and I had a weekend getaway. This lovely modern home was the perfect place to stay. It was a great location, and was easy just to walk to restaurants and to the rangers stadium. The sectional in the living room was very comfy and there was plenty of space for 7 adults to not feel like we were all on top of one another.Cons: The lock box that the key was kept in was difficult to get into. “The communication was fast and easy from pre-booking until check-out. The house could use a few cosmetic repairs, but overall it was a nice house. We like to play games so the large table in the front was wonderful! Plenty of beds for everyone without feeling too cramped. Wonderful stay overall! ”

“Very pleased with our stay, from inquiring until checkout Mark was very responsive and kind. As mention before the area is sketchy but it was very quiet and I didn’t feel concerned or scared. Home was clean and EXTREMELY SPACIOUS. Never found a rental so big for near that price. I will add that there is no carpet or rugs anywhere in the home so bring socks or slippers. “The home was beautiful and had more than enough space for our group. The property manager was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.The reason for the 4-star review on the overall (instead of 5) was due to the first room in the home being very warm if the doors were closed. We found a fan on our last night that helped a lot, but it would’ve been nice if a fan was already in the room or if we had been informed ahead of time.Also, while we totally understand……
