“House was nice overall. Had all the of the amenities needed. Lots of great activities. The view from the top of the house was amazing. The house smelled a little like smoke when you first walked in. The hot water was not great and the shower between the two bedrooms needs a little work. ”

“Beautiful home. Great location to Airport, COTA Racetrack, South Congress Avenue and local BBQ places. Having the pool to cool down after the race was great. Lot's of family / connect spaces in the home for a great weekend. Beds/mattresses were super comfortable as well which my kids/wife appreciated.”

“The house was awesome. It was very clean (except when we moved the washing machine a tiny bit and it was pretty filthy under there.) The kitchen was stocked with spices and tools needed to cook a meal. The biggest issue we had was the gate code did not work. It took property management a couple hours to get back to us about it. Fortunately, we found a second entrance that was completely open. When property management did get back to us, they didn’t have any answers but just asked us to try the……

“This stay is so cheery with all the touches, floral designs, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful sunroom with a TV where the entire family can comfortably gather to watch a movie. It has the coolest vintage stove/range/oven ever, and it works great. My grandsons want me to stay here every time I come back!”

We were able to buy one at Target and the landlord quickly reimbursed us via Venmo.The house was clean and had all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. The quiet South Austin neighborhood was perfect. We were within 15 minutes of Zilker Park and downtown Austin.We had a great visit.”

“Excellent rental. It's a newer listing and could use some small tweaks but it was great otherwise. Check in was easy peasy, communication from the property manager was prompt, and amenities were exactly as described. There were even a few unexpected extras that were convenient. The house is wired strangely in some spots and could use some more labeling for switches. The converted garage/bedroom was warmer than the rest of the house (as expected) and needed an extra fan which was actually……

“We came for the Texas football game and this house was exactly what we were looking for! Huge beautiful house. The backyard was as great as it looked. We even used the movie theater and popcorn machine which were both great! Ann was a great host, very responsive and I’ve never stayed at a place that came as well stocked as this house was, from towels to alcohol to paper products it was ready to go the minute we arrived. ”

“Nice house, plenty of space & well stocked, could’ve used a better cleaning. There were dust balls everywhere and one of the showers didn’t look like it was cleaned. The water pressure was bad in all the bathrooms except the master. Location was fine, but we had to uber to everything we wanted to do. House had multiple areas with couches, could’ve used some sort of entertainment like pool table or ping pong. The view from balcony did not look like the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay ”
