“The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. Nicely put together for a short term rental. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because, though the information said wheelchair accessible, the bathroom door way into the master bathroom was only 23 inches wide. Our wheel chair is 24 inches wide. After taking off the door we had to force the wheel chair through the door way. Otherwise no complaints. ”

“Planned a trip with friends to the Austin area. This was the perfect setting for a guys trip with a grill for burgers, corn hole boards, and the pool and hot tub. Large room to watch a game, and tables outside and inside to play cards or sit around and talk. Walking trails are close by for runners/walkers in the group. ”

“We had the best time at the Sunset House!! The house is fabulous and the views are incredible! We had so much fun! We especially loved the hot tub, the pool and The Golden Tee Golf game. Being able to bring out dogs was a huge bonus. Josh and Natalie were amazing to work with. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Great property. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape, with it pretty much furnished from Ikea. Back yard was spacious, and it was nice having the pool. Justin always reached out to let us know if the pool was to be clean or the yardwork was going to be done. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something close enough to Austin, but far enough away from the chaos of the city.”

“I recently traveled to Austin to help a family member find an apartment and booked this house for our stay and what a gem! The location of the house was in a very cute neighborhood within short distance of everything we needed. The kitchen was clean with a large island and stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. I also loved that it was easily accessible to MoPac with a bonus of not hearing a lot of traffic sound. Our hostess, Katherine,……

“We celebrated my daughter's batchelorette party in this beautiful house. Numerous restaurants 5 min from the house. The house has lots of great amenities includeing several patios with awesome view. House was 20 min from downtown Austin and 30 minutes from Lake Austin. The house does need some update pots and pans and cooking sheets for cooking. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“This house needs to be seen to be believed. The pictures do not do it justice! Rain or shine it’s impossible not to have a great time here. The location is perfect because you’re right on the lake but still close enough to downtown Austin that travel was really seamless. Tony and Magdalena were amazing hosts. Check-in was easy and they were incredibly responsive if we needed anything or had questions. The house is in incredible condition. Our group was in awe of the house and we had the best……

“This property is huge and has plenty of space for large family get together. The back terrace and patio are great for sitting outside for meals, morning coffee, and dinner and drinks . Loved the view! The pool was very clean, refreshing and our kids loved playing in it! Large kitchen was perfect for making large meals . Location was close to downtown and made it easy to get around Austin. ”

“Place was nice and the common area and pool were a good addition for hangout spots, a lot of homeless in the area and room was next to the highway so it was hard to sleep at night due to the noise ”
