“This is an oasis at the edge of a city. With a lily pond and beautiful grounds. If you want to feel like you’re in a home and not a tiny condo this is your place. It’s very unique on the outside with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom. Washer and dryer iron board really everything you need. I wanted to South Congress and went shopping. “We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.”

“Once we found it - not easy because of trash can blocking gate - entry was straightforward. Parking and alley access were not an issue, but the alley itself was a little sketchy. Entrance needs some landscaping upkeep. Apartmnet was as shown in pictures. Nice kitchenette and appliances. Bathroom was very nice. AC worked well. Couch was a little large for the space and quite uncomfortable. The mattress on the bed is in serious need of replacement. The floor also needs some maintenance as……

“Everything about this place was perfect. It was a great location for all our Austin explorations. We loved the privacy and the campy feel of the yard, even though we were in the middle of the city. We were also surprised at how quiet the overall neighborhood was at night. The pool was a great place to soak at the end of a long, hot day of walking. Bed was super comfy. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The stay was fine, room etc very good, was disappointed In that the pool was closed with a cable lock so no one could enter. I wish I had known it would have most likely made me look someplace else. So disappointed. ”

“This property is huge and has plenty of space for large family get together. The back terrace and patio are great for sitting outside for meals, morning coffee, and dinner and drinks .
