“The directions take you to the home at the end of the street except them home is actually just to the left. The room was cute but other than the bed not very well cleaned. Whoever cleans does spot cleaning but not a good clean. Walls, mirrors, and shelves were not clean. The bed however was incredibly comfortable. The best sleep I have had in a long time. Pillows, bedding, and sheets were a 10 out of 10. The location was great as well. The grounds in the back of the home could use some up keep……

“I’ve stayed at the Benson House four times now. I love it more and more with every visit. This time we brought our 5 month baby and the room is so spacious for a Pack & Play and all our supplies. We just love it. The only thing I’d say that is out of the hotels control is that the Mai street up front can be a bit loud. But overall it’s a great stay! ”

“We wanted to get away with our 7 and 9 year old kids. The guest house is located in perfect distance between granbury and glen rose for us to get to Fossil Rim, Dinosaur Park and Glen rose town square. Back at the house our kids were thrilled to feed the horses and pet Buck the dog and the goats. Brad and his family were so very hospitable - they invited us and the kids to meet their longhorns, bunnies and our son’s favorite Pickle the duck. “Beautiful cabin on top of a hill with a beautiful country side scenery. The cabin was supplied with everything needed plus more. Everything worked properly. We enjoyed the game room. The massage chair was a treat. I played a game of pool. No noise from neighbors. We now have a wonderful memory that we will carry in our hearts. Thanks Lex”

“Being in Dublin, Texas, where else would we stay BUT the Irishette. We had the Rose room and it was more than just a room. Beautifully decorated, it was reminiscent of a time long ago when afternoon tea was the proper thing to do. It was large and accommodating and the owners were kind and considerate and explained all that we needed to know. It was nice to wake up to the song of mockingbirds after a good night's rest for my husband and I.”

“Very nice stay! Clean and quiet. Property needed a little light maintenance like light bulbs and it would have been nice to have a kitchen sink but nice bed and bathroom and good internet ”

“From the moment we opened the door and heard soft gentle music coming from the TV, saw the room and all its ambiance we knew we'd made the right choice!Everything was spotlessly clean and the layout was well thought out. We even found water bottles in the fridge. The only drawback was the fact that the mattress was REALLY SOFT! FOR folks who prefer an extra firm mattress this was justwas disconcerting, to say the leastleast. Our fault though. We should have asked before hand. All in all, it……
