“The house was beautifully remodeled and decorated. Nicely put together for a short term rental. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because, though the information said wheelchair accessible, the bathroom door way into the master bathroom was only 23 inches wide. Our wheel chair is 24 inches wide. After taking off the door we had to force the wheel chair through the door way. Otherwise no complaints. ”

“Planned a trip with friends to the Austin area. This was the perfect setting for a guys trip with a grill for burgers, corn hole boards, and the pool and hot tub. Large room to watch a game, and tables outside and inside to play cards or sit around and talk. Walking trails are close by for runners/walkers in the group. ”

“We had the best time at the Sunset House!! The house is fabulous and the views are incredible! We had so much fun! We especially loved the hot tub, the pool and The Golden Tee Golf game. Being able to bring out dogs was a huge bonus. Josh and Natalie were amazing to work with. They really went out of their way to make sure we had a great trip. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Great property. Nice and quiet neighborhood. House was in great shape, with it pretty much furnished from Ikea. Back yard was spacious, and it was nice having the pool. Justin always reached out to let us know if the pool was to be clean or the yardwork was going to be done. Would highly recommend if you are looking for something close enough to Austin, but far enough away from the chaos of the city.”

“I recently traveled to Austin to help a family member find an apartment and booked this house for our stay and what a gem! The location of the house was in a very cute neighborhood within short distance of everything we needed. The kitchen was clean with a large island and stocked with everything we needed. The bedrooms are very good size and the beds are comfortable. I also loved that it was easily accessible to MoPac with a bonus of not hearing a lot of traffic sound. Our hostess, Katherine,……
