“We had a conference in the Austin Convention Center. This location was just steps away. We were also walking or a scooter ride away from great food, entertainment, and shopping.”

“We had a very enjoyable stay here. The host was very attentive and helpful, and he responded immediately. The condo is comfortable, quiet, nicely decorated, and well appointed. My favorite part was waking up in the morning to the sunset over the lake. ”

“The apartment was excellent! It was clean, it had a smart TV with an hdmi cable, a USB-a charging block, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, cuttlery, water filter, coffee cups, wine cups, bowls and plates, etc), the bed was comfortable, there were extra blankets to sleep on the couch, which was also comfortable. The location was a short drive to the center of austin, and right next to South Lamar, which has plenty of coffee shops and……

“We never stayed there bc the listing was incorrect. Owners classified as a condo but it was a guest house. The owner was repairing the roof over the guest house when we arrived and couldn’t be bothered to fix the situation. I had to call VRBO who was very helpful and after that the owner blamed them for the incorrect listing the next day. We were in limbo for an e tire day. Overall guest house had minimal parking as the main house was full of people so a lot going on. If your looking for……
