“Property was great. Location by River Walk was perfect. Only weird thing is it was advertised as one place with 4 bedrooms. Was actually two apartments next to each other, no adjoining door (2BR each).”

“Place was overall good. Quiet neighborhood with nice window lighting. I do have to say that there are some things that I think need changing/improvement. The second front double door could use a lock. I did not feel very comfortable sleeping in the place because of the lack of locks(also one on bedroom). A deep cleaning of the window frames inside as well as the ventilation need to be cleaned. Space could be used more efficiently, living room could have another larger couch. As well as dressers……

“The property is perfectly located with walikng access to multiple sites, especially the Riverwalk, Alamo, and many restaurants. ”

“Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio!”

“Property was conveniently located, parking is NOT included, and parking prices are terrible in San Antonio. The property is located in the basement of the building. The room was clean although it smelled musty and the there was no happy medium with the air in order to cool the bedroom properly (a fan would have helped). The room is also located underneath the Vela coffee shop so be prepared to wake early from the noise. ”

“It was nice. Not good t.v. but ok. Had to wash the sheets ourself before we could sleep. Did not like that it was 3 floors up. But it was an nice place.”

“Clean and well maintained. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could possibly need was furnished. It was so nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the riverwalk. We highly recommend!”

“Location was excellent. even though facility has many apartments this apartment was very private. Very clean, and had everything we needed. Would definitely visit again if in San Antonio.”

“The house is beautiful, and well kept. Just 2 small things to note. One… STAIRS! So many stairs. Second, the garage is a little difficult to get into with the area being under construction. I’m sure that will get better once it’s finished. ”
