“Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage. ”

We felt as if the location provided us easy access to all the things we had on our to-do list while in town. I would stay there again. Thank you for an easy check in/out process and for a cozy property to call home for a few days. ”

“Property was conveniently located, parking is NOT included, and parking prices are terrible in San Antonio. The property is located in the basement of the building. The room was clean although it smelled musty and the there was no happy medium with the air in order to cool the bedroom properly (a fan would have helped). The room is also located underneath the Vela coffee shop so be prepared to wake early from the noise. ”
