“We enjoyed this property for a couple day reunion of 3 friends from 1st grade, 65 years ago. It was the perfect combination of individual sleeping privacy and common space, right on the Riverwalk. The property manager and onsite staff were accommodating and responsive. The only real downside is the confounding loud music coming from the nearby bar blaring until the early hours of the morning, even though there were no customers on their patio. We were aware from previous reviews, and it……

“House was clean and spacious! We were three sisters in town from MI to run the fiesta half marathon and then relax for a long weekend. We really enjoyed being in the home; lots of room to make and share meals together, be cozy and watch the newest season of white lotus, and relax! The neighborhood was pretty sketch, but we felt safe on the property. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs because the train is loud at night. It would not keep me from staying here again though!”

“Place was overall good. Quiet neighborhood with nice window lighting. I do have to say that there are some things that I think need changing/improvement. The second front double door could use a lock. I did not feel very comfortable sleeping in the place because of the lack of locks(also one on bedroom). A deep cleaning of the window frames inside as well as the ventilation need to be cleaned. Space could be used more efficiently, living room could have another larger couch. As well as dressers……

“Communication was excellent and the apartment exceeded our expectations. So close to all our favorites on the Riverwalk. The only warning is that this is a downtown location, so there can be a little street noise. It wasn't persistent, but on occasion it was there. Each bedroom includes a white noise machine which helped greatly. Didn't bother me as I got my best sleep in weeks (probably from all the exploring). Will definitely stay again next time I'm in San Antonio!”

“Property was conveniently located, parking is NOT included, and parking prices are terrible in San Antonio. The property is located in the basement of the building. The room was clean although it smelled musty and the there was no happy medium with the air in order to cool the bedroom properly (a fan would have helped). The room is also located underneath the Vela coffee shop so be prepared to wake early from the noise. ”

“Perfect location. Great rate. Nice bed and everything I needed. ”

“The minute we walked in the door, we saw a roach scurry. And then there were more. We booked 2 nights but only stayed one. It is a shame; the place is otherwise clean, the bed is comfy, etc. Would not recommend unless the roach issue has been handled.”
