“Rooms were dirty…we had to be moved after we seen our first room. The air didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and room was filthy. We were then told the only available room was a queen suite with fold out couch. We went to look at it and it was dirty. The desk clerk then said he had one king suite he was saving to sell but gave it to us anyway. The bedding we had for the fold out couch had huge holes throughout the comforter. When we asked for a new blanket, we were given a mattress pad because……

“This is a cute little place. Perfect spot for our family while staying in Loveland. The beds were comfy and kitchen is well equipped. The park/playground is a short walk away and sunset strolls along the lake were a great way to end our evenings. Grocery and restaurants are a short drive.”

“The place was cute. Kitchen was fully stocked with spices, etc. cleanliness was reasonable, but not immaculate. The master shower appeared clean but smelled like mildew. Before I checked in, the manager let me know that a plumber would be coming that night to fix the downstairs toilet. In our 3 day stay, he never showed. These things happen, I don't blame the property, but, we had to go upstairs to use the bathroom. The front door lock is horrible. The 7 digit code is difficult to put in before……

“We stayed in this house in March 2025. The description of this property is very accurate. This property was very nice with high end finishes and very comfortable beds. Everything was great and we would stay here again. This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Location was great for being close to downtown and sightseeing. ”
