“Easy arrival and communication. House was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We are a family from different parts of the state and decided to meet here for a wedding that was close by (Chapel Dulcinea) it was about 30 minutes from the venue and an easy drive. The house was perfect for our group of 9, everyone had space and a comfortable place to hang out. The pool was a hit with everyone. We did get to see a bit of wildlife while we were there and we appreciated that. Definitely would book……

“My group was a total of six adults, looking for an affordable place to stay for roughly a week. This location proved to be just that - a comfortable, well kept, and affordable location. The only issues were a few cabinets and drawers lacking screws on the hinges, leaving them essentially broken.”

“I can’t express how much we loved our stay here. The house was so spacious and lovely. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We booked it for our wedding weekend to have a private place and also used it for the bridal party to get ready and had plenty of space! Really comfortable beds. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for multiple ladies showering. The pool was so nice as well. The hosts were super communicative. ”

“It was the perfect place for my husband and I to get away to after a rough bout of health issues to rest and recover. The views from the living room/back porch were calming. And the house has a great set up. We liked that it feels separated from the hustle and bustle of town but is close enough to go to the main town area easily.”

“This property was a fantastic home base for a guys trip to Austin. Very close to 6th street, Franklin's BBQ and steps away from a food truck park. The communication with the host was always pleasant and they gave so many great tips on fun things to do. The property itself was very well kept and clean. Definately reccomend this place! Cant say enough about how nice it was. 5 stars all the way.”

“The house was just as advertised! It was perfect for our family of six. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need. We used the outdoor grill as well. Great location to Barton Springs, Zilker Park and close to the UT campus. ”

“The tiny house was great. It was perfect for my wife and I and our dog. The house was very well laid out and equipped with everything that we needed. We liked the remoteness as we have a dog that barks a lot around other people and dogs. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great and the AC worked excellent.
