“This is our 3rd or 4th stay (we lost count). We always enjoy ourselves at this property....it is so relaxing. This time we not only saw deer and the large variety of birds, we saw a jack rabbit busy at work crossing the field over and over (maybe feeding his family) and we saw a roadrunner up close and personal in the yard. The views are amazing and we are so close to the water. We sat outside most of the time and enjoyed every minute of it. The lake breeze was great. We will probably book……

“We had a blast staying at this little country cottage. It was perfect for a girls get away trip. The pool overlooks vast green valley of trees. The house is clean and cozy.Would be great for a friends trip or a trip with the family.”

“We had a party to go toAnd live about an hour away. This was a great spot to stay over. Everything was clean , beds were soft and comfy. Easy to check in and the owner was great with communication and responding. ”

“This place is a great place to stay. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having the water park right across the street and that we got to go every day of our stay! It was great room and I loved that I was able to cook breakfast for my family in the morning. Great and very cute little bungalow! Just a PSA though, is bring everything you could think you may need since the drive back to town is a bit of a drive”

“This was our first time doing a bnb stay like this and it was a great experience. We had our kids with us and they loved the place as well. The Cabin was very spacious, clean and feel-at-home. Everything described on profile was true to their word and exceeded our expectations. Ease of entry and exit went smoothly and we.d recommend this to our friends and family. ”

“Property was great as well as the house. It had a lot of craftsmanship to appreciate in the woodwork. Outside area was great and we had a lot of fun playing pingpong. Only think to beware of is the upstarirs would be difficult for older adults to climb. It was more like a ladder than stairs but my daughter loved it up there. Owner was very responsive and gave good directions.”

“We rented all four cabins for family from out of town for a wedding at nearby Addison Grove. It was perfect. Each cabin is similarly appointed and clean as can be. They are cozy so you’ll need to be creative with unpacking but we did just fine. As the father of the bride we rented our cabin for 6 nights and had a lot of stuff. “We had a quick trip to Spicewood for an overnight stay and this place was perfect! We loved the cozy space, all the amenities and the peace and quiet. ”

It was small but allowed us to be more intentional with our down time - snuggling in for the evening to watch a movie, watching hummingbirds fly in throughout the day while sitting on the porch, and enjoying the hammock! Appreciated several special touches in the home - coffee pot with coffee and filters in the home, condiments and seasonings to use for cooking, and plenty of towels for bathing or using for pool use etc. The home was lovely to stay……
