“Nice property and good location. We stayed on the ground floor and about 2.30am the neighbors above entered. It sounded like they were moving in for the next 90 minutes. We heard every step and other.....unfortunately we did mot get much sleep due to that and the Friday night street noise.”

“This property was good and easy enough to use. The beds aren't great, and some things were a little run down seeming, but communication was easy, there was lots of space, and it was nicely situated to walk to downtown or the south congress area. ”

“Sonder at the Catherine was a great stay. The room was amazingly clean and very luxurious. I loved the feel of the studio for my wife and me to enjoy. The only possible issue was hot water seemed to go very quickly and the height of the tub was a little dangerous to step into and out of the shower. Overall, we loved the stay and plan to do it again. Sonder staff was super cool too and their communication was great.”

“Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. ”

“The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. “The unit was immaculate and comfortable and the location worked well for us. Using the app however was challenging making access to the property frustrating. ”

“if you dont have a car, this property might not be for you. But if you dont mind taking longer uber/lyft trips then it'll be also ok. Also, if you can't walk up stairs or lift your luggage, be advised, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor but i believe they have 1st floor and 2nd floor units too. so you will have to make a request. also, there is no walkable stores / restaurant to visit. hence rental car or uber is required. one night, i had to order ubereats and no issues.
