“We love this hotel/condo. We've been staying here several times and it never dissappoints. It is located right in downtown Austin, close to to all the activities, restaurants, and nightlife! We've stayed here since back when it was owned by The Guild. Kasa does a great job of keeping this amazing place available for guests! ”

“The apartment was set up nicely for 2 couples. Nice sized kitchen and dining area. Bedrooms very spacious and restrooms very clean and spacious. They could provide more bath towels and wash clothes and pool towels. Only provided 2 per bathroom for 4 people staying a full week. Not enough toilet tissue either. No coffee maker was provided. We purchased a small one and left it there when we left. All in all very nice and very reasonably priced.”

“The location was very nice. Enjoyed the scenery. They have hammocks and a hot tub, which was very relaxing. Just had one minor hiccup in the stay, but it was communicated clearly with the property manager. ”
